Did you know that meditation can help you be a better college student or professor? Some of the benefits of meditating are improved concentration, better grades, reduced stress and anxiety, better sleep and a sharper brain.
Students, faculty and staff are welcome to attend Drop in Meditation beginning the week of September 18, 2017 through December 14, 2017. The meditation groups are facilitated by members of the counseling center staff, Karen Hruska, Sean Goldman and Gabe Garcia.
